A RESOLUTION RECOGNIZING GAYE J. VAUGHAN, BOROUGH CLERK,
FOR VALUED SERVICES RENDERED TO THE
KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH ASSEMBLY
WHEREAS, upon the occasion of the resignation of Gaye J. Vaughan from the position
of Kodiak Island Borough Clerk, it is meet and right that the Assembly
should record an expression of its grateful appreciation and utmost respect
for her valued services rendered to the Assembly and the citizens of the
Kodiak Island Borough for the past six years; and
WHEREAS, inasmuch as the Kodiak Island Borough's records contain numerous
accounts of Clerk Vaughan's significant contributions to the betterment of
the Kodiak Island Borough over these six years of valued service, it is fitting
that this Assembly should now honor her with a sincere expression of
esteem, remembering her as an inspiration of high ideal and civic progress
and development;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE ASSEMBLY OF THE KODIAK
ISLAND BOROUGH THAT:
Greatest appreciation, praise, and admiration is extended to Gaye J. Vaughan for serving
the Kodiak Island Borough in a dignified, impartial, progressive, and businesslike manner.
