OOA allows for property disposal at fair market value to any pe son or entity except as otherwise provided by Title 18; and WHEREAS, the Bo ough administration has determined that a 9.88 acre lot/,the known at Lot 7A, Block 4, Monashka Bay Alaska Subdivision, ito the current or foreseen needs of the Borough; and WHERlanning and Zoning Commission has held an advertised andublic meeting on the disposal; and HEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission has that this disposal is in compliance with Borough Codes; and WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission has d termined that it would be appropriate to dispose of Lot 7A, Block 4, Monashka Bay Subdivision to the public for fair market value. IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that tdiak Bland Borough Assembly stipulates that Lot 7A, Block 4,shk Bay Subdivision be subdivided according to the requirs of Title 16 and according to the guidelines of the MonashComprehensive Plan prior to disposal and that the subdivif Lot 7A, Block 4, Monashka Bay Alaska Subdivision be consiwith the lot sizes and configuration of other lots in the snding neighborhood.
