RESOLUTION NO. 90-44
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING A HEARING EXAMINER TO HEAR
AN APPEAL OF A SUBDIVISION CASE
WHEREAS, the Kodiak Island Borough Planning and Zoning
Commission gave preliminary approval for the subdivision of lands
owned by the Borough on Raspberry Island on September 20, 1989; and
WHEREAS, on September 25, 1989, Peter N. Holm, Jr.,
appealed the Commission's decision to amend the configuration of
the subdivision; and
WHEREAS, Kodiak Island Borough Code 16.90.100 requires an
appeal to be heard by a hearing examiner when the owner of the
property being subdivided is the borough or another municipality;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Kodiak Island
Borough Assembly that Thomas Sweeney is appointed Hearing Examiner
to hear an appeal by Peter N. Holm, Jr., of the Planning & Zoning
Commission's amended approval of the subdivision of a Portion of
unsurveyed Public Land within Section 32, Township 24 South, Range
24 West, Seward Meridian and replat to Lots 1 through 5 and Tract
A, Onion Bay Subdivision Number 2.
