RESOLUTION NO. 90-40
A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE MENTAL HEALTH DEPARTMENT FY 1990 BUDGET
WHEREAS, the assembly of the Kodiak Island Borough has
approved appropriation Ordinance No. 89-13-0 for fiscal year 1990;
and
WHEREAS, the Division of Mental Health and Developmental
Disabilities amended the grant award to the Mental Health Center in
the amount of $20,000 for the purchase of a van; and
WHEREAS, the Mental Health Advisory Board has conducted
a budget review and recommended a increase of $20,000 in both the
revenues and expenditures of the Mental Health Center; and
WHEREAS, a review by staff has indicated that
appropriation Ordinance No. 89-13-0 should be changed to properly
monitor, account, and report on the revenues and expenditures of
the Mental Health Department of the Kodiak Island Borough;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that staff is hereby
authorized and directed to effect the following project level
changes in the 1990 budget:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that staff is hereby authorized
and directed to effect the necessary line item changes within the
limits established above by fund, project, and department to
properly monitor, account, and report on the receipt and
expenditures of these funds.
