RESOLUTION NO. 90-39
A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING FUNDS BETWEEN CAPITAL PROJECTS
WHEREAS, the Assembly of the Kodiak Island Borough has
appropriated certain fixed sums of money for specific purposes; and
WHEREAS, certain projects are nearing completion with
residual funds and others are in the early stages with insufficient
funds; and
WHEREAS, such monies are available in the construction
fund;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the following
appropriation changes are made:

for the expenditures of these funds.
