RESOLUTION NO. 90-23
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DISPOSAL OF THE FORMER BIA SCHOOL
IN PORT LIONS TO THE CITY OF PORT LIONS
WHEREAS, the use of the former Bureau of Indian Affairs
school building for additional school room purposes has ceased with
the construction of the new Port Lions school; and
WHEREAS, the City of Port Lions has stated that the
building is of value for City purposes, and has requested transfer.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Kodiak Island
Borough Assembly authorizes the disposal of the former Bureau of
Indian Affairs school to the City of Port Lions.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS 5th DAY OF APRIL, 1990.
