RESOLUTION NO. 90-13
A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING BOARD OF EQUALIZATION
DATES FOR THE YEAR 1990
BE IT RESOLVED by the Assembly of the Kodiak Island
Borough that:
Equalization hearing of appeals from the 1990 assessments
of real and personal property within the Kodiak Island Borough,
Alaska, will begin Tuesday, May 8, 1990, at 6:30 p.m., in the
offices of the Kodiak Island Borough, 710 Mill Bay Road, Kodiak,
Alaska; and will continue from day to day as established by the
Borough Assessor and the Borough Clerk until all properly filed
appeals have been heard.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS 6th DAY OF FEBRUARY, 1990.
