RENEWING THE ANIMAL CONTROL CONTRACT FOR ONE YEAR
KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH
RESOLUTION NO. 88 -36 -R
WHEREAS, the Chief Animal Control Officer and the Contractors,
Randall and Carol Covey, have mutually consented to renew the Animal
Control Services Contract in its entirety, pursuant to the provision of
Part I, Section 11 and 23 of of that contract; and
WHEREAS, the Kodiak Island Borough Assembly is desirous of
providing animal control services to the same areas, at the level and
the same cost as FY88 as provided in the current contract, subject to
the annual escalation therein provided;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Contract between
Randall and Carol Covey and the Kodiak Island Borough is renewed
subject to the availability of funds for one additional year at $30,900.00
payable in monthly installments.
