1988-34 Authorizing Staff to Effect Certain Line Item and/or Project Level Changes in the FY 88 Budget.A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING STAFF TO EFFECT CERTAIN LINE ITEM AND /OR
PROJECT LEVEL CHANGES IN THE FY1988 BUDGET.
WHEREAS, the Assembly of the Kodiak Island Borough has approved
appropriation Ordinance No. 87 -13 -0 for fiscal year 1988; and
WHEREAS, sufficient monies have been appropriated but a change is
deemed necessary between projects /department; and
WHEREAS, a review by staff indicated that these changes should be
made to properly monitor, account and report on such revenue and expenditures.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that staff is hereby authorized and
directed to effect the following project level changes in the 1988 budget.
057 -135 Repair 6 Maint. 0 1,500 1,500

057 -133 Insurance 370,000 (1,500) 368,500
NET CHANGE 0
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that staff is authorized and directed to
effect the necessary line item changes within the limits established above by
department to properly monitor, account and report for the expenditures of
these funds.
All resolutions or parts of resolutions found to be in conflict with
this resolution are hereby explicitly rescinded.
