A RESOLUTION OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH ASSEMBLY
REMOVING FROM OVER - THE - COUNTER DISPOSAL CERTAIN BOROUGH
PROPERTIES IN THE LAKESIDE SUBDIVISION
WHEREAS, the borough conducted Land Sale *10 in 1986,
disposing a number of parcels of borough land by sealed bid; and
WHEREAS, those lots not sold by sealed bid procedures were
reoffered for disposal as over - the - counter parcels; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Borough Assembly to remove
certain properties from over the counter disposal and investigate the
rezoning of said land in a manner compatible with the surrounding
development:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Kodiak Island
Borough Assembly that the following parcels be eliminated from
over- the - counter disposal:
Lots 4 - 11, Block 3, Lakeside Subdivision
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said parcels be investigated
by the Planning and Zoning Commission for rezone in a manner
compatible with the character of the area.
