1988-16 Effecting Certain Budget Changes in the Capital Improvement Projects Funds.A RESOLUTION OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH ASSEMBLY TO EFFECT CERTAIN
BUDGET CHANGES IN THE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS FUNDS.
WHEREAS, the Assembly of the Kodiak Island Borough has appropriated
certain fixed sums of money from the sale of bonds and interest earning; and
WHEREAS, the Kodiak Island Borough has accepted grants from various State
agencies and has funded certain projects partially or in whole from investment
earnings; and
WHEREAS, certain projects are now nearing completion with some amounts of
unexpended funds and certain other projects are in various stages of
completion with insufficient funding; and
WHEREAS, certain audit reclassifications of prior years and investment
earnings of a greater or Lessor amount than was budgeted has created some
distortion of funding.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that staff is hereby authorized and
directed to effect the following fund level changes:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that staff is authorized and directed to effect
the necessary line item changes within the limits established above by project
to properly monitor, account and report for the expenditures of these funds.
All resolutions or parts of resolutions found to be in conflict with this
resolution are hereby explicitly rescinded.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 7 day of April , 1988 by the Kodiak
