RESOLUTION NO. 68 -11 -R
A RESOLUTION OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH ASSEMBLY SETTLING CERTAIN
UTILITY ACCOUNTS.
WHEREAS, H 6 H Enterprises has outstanding water and sewer inspection
lees in the amount of 613,331.99; and
WHEREAS. H 6 H Enterprises has provided excess lift station capacity
• in this system they built; and
WHEREAS. H 6 H Enterprises has sought some method of recovering some
of their cost for installation of • system which will allow future development
in the area; and
WHEREAS. the installation of the excess capacity represents a cost
savings to the Borough in the future development of the sewer lines.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by this Kodiak Island Borough Assembly
that an amount of 63.331.99 is hereby approved to be reduced from the M 6 M
Enterprises Account in recognition of the excess lilt station capacity on the
condition that the lift station claim and all other claims of H 6 M Enterprises
are hereby settled.
