A RESOLUTION OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH ASSEMBLY APPOINTING AN
AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE TO INSPECT. SECURE AND SIGN FOR SURPLUS FEDERAL
PROPERTY FOR USE BY KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH.
WHEREAS. Kodiak Island Borough Assembly is the duly authorized
governing body of Kodiak Island Borough having examined the general terms and
conditions of the Federal Property and Administrative Services Act of 1949, as
amended, wherein such act authorizes the administrator of the General Services
Administration (GSA) to transfer surplus personal property for donation to
non- federal public agencies for their use' and

Donation Program requires the assignation of an authorized r•presenfinial of
!! the Kodiak Island Borough for
the purpose* of inapaoting, securing and signing
! for surplus property for use by Kodiak Island Borough; and
WHEREAS, said desIgnated raprasontative is empowered to d•legste the
authority authorized to him to such personnel as he considers reasonable and
n•eesesry to accomplish these p
NOM, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Kodiak Island Borough
Assembly does hereby designate Jerome M. Selby, Borough Mayor, the reorients-
tin of the Borough for the purpose of inspecting, securing and signing for

surplus fsdo al property including the 'station of such documentation as may
be required to accomplish scows in the int •r •st of the Borough.
