1986-75 Establishing a Joint City/Borough Fiscal Year of 1988 Capital Project Priority List.KOOIAK ISLAND BOROUGH RESOLUTION N0. 86 -75 -R JOINT CITY/BOROUGH RESOLUTION K 1 ISLAND 80R000H FIISCAL YEAR OF 1088 CAPITAL PROJECT ASSEMBLY PRIORITY T L BISTSNING A WHEREAS, the City Council adopted tho City of Kodiak's capital improvement priorities by Resolution No. 36 -66 on September 30, 1986, and WHEREAS, the Borough Assembly adopted the Kodiak Island Borough's capital improvement priorities by Resolution Number 66 -81 -R October 2. 1986, and WHEREAS, the City Council and the Kodiak Island Borough Asaambly held a joint worksesaion on September 30. 1986, to discuss capital improvement priorities and develop a merged list to prsaant to the Fifteanth Alaska Legislature for funding consideration. NOW, THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED by the Kodiak Island Borough Assembly ;, in conjunction with tha Council of the City of Kodiak, Alaska the following priorities are hereby adopted for fiscal year 1988 capital improvement projects: 1. Full funding for the unfunded balance of the fiscal year 1967 appropriations for the following projects: Fisheries Industrial Technology Canter Kodiak Island Hospital Kodiak Near Island Roads /Utilities and Harbors St. Herman Harbor Access and Parking Kodiak Near Island Water and Sewer Kodiak Water /Sewer and Solid Waste Kitoi Bay Hatchery Incubator /Rearing KIB Service District 1 Water and Sewer Kodiak Airport Lighting Kodiak Community College Campus Upgrade KIS Fair Fire Code Upgrade Kodiak State ion and Upgrade Karluk Firefighting Equipment . 0u4inkie Water and Sower Port Lions Water and Sower Port Lions Sayvie, Drive 2.
