RESULTING FROM UTILIZATION OF PRIVATE SECTOR HOUSING BY U. S. COAST GUARD
PERSONNEL.
WHEREAS, Alaska's Number 1 renewable resource, fieli'Rits, is gaining
ea increasingly significant role in U. S. and Alaskan intti.rolional trade
through industry development as • MAJOR universal food priuct, and
WHEREAS. U. S. Coast Guard operations, originating from the notion's
largest Coast Guard facility at Kodiak, are critical 10 /U. S. fisheries manage-
ment enforcement. as well as life taring and rescre f'erat1 ons in the North
Pacific and Baring Sea
