RESOLUTION NO. 86 -70-R
A RESOLUTION OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH ASSEMBLY LOCATING
UP TO $85,000 FOR THE UPGRADE OF THE CITY OF KODIAK SEWAGE REATMENT
PLANT.
1 WHEREAS, all sewage from Service District No. I is treated by e City of
I Kodiak Sewage Treatment Plant, and
WHEREAS, the existing headwork* of the Sewage Treatmen
of handling peak flows, and
WHEREAS, development of Service D No. 1 are - which are served by
recently constructed sewer mains, will further overtax
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Ko Island Borough Assembly
that up to $85,000 of Grant No. 4/87 -456 is allocated-t'• the installation of rotary
contrashear screens in the Sewage Treatment Plant . - adworks, provided a like amount
is appropriated by the City of Kodiak. C
