REQUESTING ANNEXATION OF CERTAIN BOROUGH PROPERTIES
BY THE CITY OF KODIAK J
WHEREAS, the installation of public utilities and roads adjacent to
the boundary of the City'of Kodiak makes this area a natu ektension of

WHEREAS, the future population growth is adjacent (4/5irtain public
facilities; and
