1986-51 Establishing Minimum Unit Prices for Material Sales Contracts.WHEREAS, the Assembly has reviewed the existing royalty rate of $.75
per cubic yard at the July 3, 1986 meeting.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Borough Assembly that the
royalty rate of $ .75 per cubic yard be retained as the minimum unit price
for material sales' contracts during the year from July 1, 1986 to June 30,
1987.
A RESOLUTION OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH ASSEMBLY ESTABLISHING
MINIMUM UNIT PRICES FOR MATERIAL SALES CONTRACTS.
WHEREAS, the Kodiak Island Borough currently has four (4) material
sales' contracts in effect; and
WHEREAS, Section 18.60.060 of Borough Code requires annual Assembly
review and establishment of minimum unit prices for said contracts; and
PASSED AND APPROVED this 1 day of July , 1986 by the
Kodiak Island Borough Assembly.
