RESOLUTION NO. 86 -37 -R
A RESOLUTION OF THE ASSEMBLY OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH
DESIGNATING THE MAYOR AND /OR THE FINANCE DIRECTOR AS ACTING CLERKS FOR THE
PURPOSE OF THE CLOSING OF THE $9,930,000 SCHOOL BOND SALE.
WHEREAS, the Kodiak Island Borough clerk is out of town on other
business; and
WHEREAS, the Bond Sale for the $9,930,000 General Obligation Bond
Issue will take place in the Los Angeles offices of Paine Webber on June 4th
' or such other place and time as may be mutually agreed upon; and
WHEREAS, certain documents of this closing will require the
signature of the Mayor and /or the Finance Director under the seal of the
i. Kodiak Island Borough.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that either the Mayor or the Finance
Director may attest to the signature of the other under the seal of the Kodiak
Island Borough. Both are appointed as acting clerks of the Kodiak Island
Borough for the purpose of the closing of the $9,930,000 General Obligation
School Bond Issue.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 22 day of May , 1986 by the
Kodiak Island Borough Assembly.
