WHEREAS, Title 18 of the Borough Code requires that the disposal of

WHEREAS, Title 18 of the Borough Code requires that the Planning
i Zoning Commission, by resolution, make a recommendation to the Assembly
regarding

RESOLUTION NO. 86 -29 -R
and
WHEREAS, it is appropriate that the Kodiak Island Borough make
ji available publicly -owned lands to the private sector, and
WHEREAS, the Kodiak Island Borough owns land suitable for disposal
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Kodiak Island Borough
Assembly declares the following parcels excess to the Kodiak Island Borough's
needs and therefore available for disposal:
1. Lots 3 through 10, Block 1, Chiniak Alaska Subdivision
2. Lot 15, Block 2, Chiniak Alaska Subdivision
