1986-23 Reappropriating Certain Fixed Sums of Money for the Hospital Design Project.A RESOLUTION OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH TO REAPPROPRIATE CERTAIN
I FIXED SUMS OF MONEY FOR THE HOSPITAL DESIGN PROJECT,
I
'I WHEREAS, under the management agreement with Lutheran Homes s
Hospital Society the Kodiak Island Borough stands to cover any operational
li
losses on an annual basis; and
WHEREAS, the Kodiak Island Borough has budgeted $123,810.00 for this
II contingency in their FY1986 budget; and
WHEREAS, the Kodiak Island Borough hospital closed their 1985 fiscal
year without loss; and
WHEREAS, funds are required for the design and development II of the
it new Kodiak Island Borough hospital.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that staff is hereby authorized and
directed to move the amount of $123,810.00 from General Fund to the
I Hospital Design - Development Capital Improvements Fund.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that staff is authorized and directed to
effect the necessary line item changes within the limits established above to
properly monitor, account and report for the expenditures of these funds.
All resolution or parts of resolutions found to be in conflict with
this resolution are hereby explicitly rescinded.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 6 day of March , 1986 by the
Kodiak Island Borough Assembly.
