RESOLUTION NO. 86 -15 -R
A RESOLUTION OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH TO ESTABLISH
ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICE FEES FOR FEDERAL AND STATE GRANTS.
WHEREAS, the Kodiak Island Borough administers certain fixed sums of
money from federal and state grants and other state pass through monies for
other not - for - profit entities; and
WHEREAS, there is always indirect costs associated with the
administration of capital projects in the form of administration, accounting,
auditing, reporting and data processing services; and
WHEREAS, the Kodiak Island Borough General Fund has in the past
absorbed these costa.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that staff is hereby authorized and
directed to implement the following fee schedule:

100,000 to 500,000 25 2,500 - 12,500
500,000 to 1,000,000 2 10,000 - 20,000
1,000,000 and up 15 15,000 and up
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this administrative service fee
pertains only to federal and state grants for capital projects and does not
pertain to federal and state monies receipted by the Kodiak Island Borough and
used or passed through to other not - for - profit entities.
All resolution or parts of resolutions found to be in conflict with
this resolution are hereby explicitly rescinded.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 6 day of February , 1986 by the
Kodiak Island Borough Assembly.
