RESOLUTION NO. 86 -13 -R
A RESOLUTION OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH AWARDING THE AKHIOK
:MEDICAL CLINIC CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT.
WHEREAS, a Design /Build proposal was properly developed and adver-
:tised in accordance with local and state laws, for construction of the Akhiok
Medical Clinic, and
WHEREAS, Northern Exploration & Equipment Company has tendered a
i proposal and negotiated a reduced scope of work to provide the Akhiok
Medical Clinic in an amount not to exceed $145,450.00 and
WHEREAS, Funds are available to construct the Akhiok Medical
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Kodiak Island Borough Assembly
to Award the Akhiok Medical Clinic Construction project to Northern
Exploration and Equipment Company, of Kodiak in an amount not to exceed
$145,450.00.
