!VEHICLE STORAGE BUILDING CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT.
1 WHEREAS, a Design /Build proposal was properly developed and adver-

�!tised in accordance with local and state laws, for construction of the Akhiok
Vehicle Storage Facility, and
WHEREAS, Northern Exploration & Equipment Company has tendered a
1 proposal and negotiated a reduced scope of work to
provide the Akhiok Vehicle
!I Storage Facility in an amount not to exceed $105,530.00 and
WHEREAS,
,,Storage Facility,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Kodiak Island Borough Assembly
! Award the Akhiok Vehicle Storage Building Construction project to Northern
i Exploration and Equipment Company, of Kodiak in an amount not to exceed
$105,530.00.
Funds are available to construct the Akhiok Vehicle
