RESOLUTION NO. 86 -11 -R
A RESOLUTION OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH AWARDING THE SYSTEMATIC
i DESIGN DEVELOPMENT OF THE AKHIOK DAM PROJECT TO URS CORPORATION.
WHEREAS, URS Corporation has conducted an initial site investigation
to make recommendations regarding increasing the Water Supply in Akhiok, and
WHEREAS, a Systematic Design Development plan is required to fully
assess the existing water supply condition and formulate alternatives to in-
crease the water supply, and
WHEREAS, URS Corporation has tendered a proposal dated December 9,
1985 to perform the Systematic Design Development.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Kodiak Island Borough Assembly
j to Award the Systematic Design Development of the Akhiok Dam Project to URS
Corporation in an amount not to exceed $13,280.00.
