1983-95 Seated As The Board Of Appeals, Affirming A Decision Of The Planning And Zoning Commission Denying Paul Stover's Request For A Lot Size Variance Of Lot 2, U.S. Survey 3104.n i 1 1 ' I s i ^ KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH RESOLUTION NO. 83 -95 -R A RESOLUTION OF THE BOROUGH ASSEMBLY, SEATED AS THE BOARD OF APPEALS, AFFIRMING A DECISION OF THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION DENYING PAUL STOVER'S REQUEST FOR A LOT SIZE VARIANCE ON LOT 2, U. S. SURVEY 3104. WHEREAS, Paul Stover submitted a request for a lot size variance on Lot 2, U. 5. Survey 3104, to permit the subdivision of the lot into two lots; and WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission conducted a public hearing on the requested variance at its June 15, 1983 meeting and denied the request; and WHEREAS, Paul Stover filed an appeal request in a timely and proper manner with the Borough Clerk; and WHEREAS, the Borough Assembly seated as a Board of Adjustment at 'its August 4, 1983 meeting, conducted an advertised notice of public hearing on the appeal request. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Adjustment that it affirms the Planning Commission's June 15, 1983 denial of Paul Stover's re- quest for a lot size variance on Lot 2, U. S. Survey 3104 for the following reason: 1. The Borough code requires a lot not served by public water and sewer to contain 40,000 square feet. PASSED AND APPROVED THIS 4th day of August , 1983.
