RESOLUTION NO. 83 -87 -R
A RESOLUTION OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH ASSEMBLY AWARDING THE
CONTRACT FOR THE KARLUK FUEL TRUCK.
WHEREAS, funds are available for this project through a State grant,
WHEREAS, Requests for Proposals were properly prepared and
advertised according to code, and
WHEREAS, the Karluk Tribal Council has selected the vehicle which
they desire to have provided.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Kodiak Island Borough Assembly
that the contract for the Karluk Fuel Truck be awarded to Alaska Truck
Center of Anchorage, Alaska for:
TOTAL $ 45,524.69
PASSED AND APPROVED this 4th day of
the Kodiak Island Borough Assembly.
