A RESOLUTION OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH ASSEMBLY
AWARDING THE CONTRACT FOR THE HOSPITAL REPAIRS PROJECT.
WHEREAS, funds are available for this project, and
WHEREAS, bid documents were properly prepared and
advertised according to code, and
WHEREAS, the low bidder has requested to withdraw his
bid, and
WHEREAS, the lowest responsible bidder has been
determined.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Kodiak Island
Borough Assembly that the contract for the Kodiak Island Borough
Project #190 be awarded to Northern Exploration and Equipment
Company of Kodiak, Alaska for:
Base Bid $ 54,643
Alternate 1 (1,550)
