A RESOLUTION OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH ASSEMBLY AUTH0R1ZING
BUILDING INSPECTIONS BY KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH OFFICIALS FOR THE CIAY OF
PORT LIONS.
WHEREAS, the City of Port Lions may issue building •-rmits for
construction activity within their City Limits, and
WHEREAS, the City of Port Lions does not have q :lified building
inspectors, and
WHEREAS, construction activity which requir building permits
within the City of Port Lions should have qualified • uilding inspections
completed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the odiak Island Borough
Assembly that building inspections be provided by Borough officials for
all building permit activity within the Port Lions City Limits, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Building Official will travel to
Port Lions not more than once each month to provide inspection services and
the City of Port Lions will pay for th :se services at the rate of $324
per trip. 1983.
