RESOLUTION NO. 83- 81 -R
A RESOLUTION OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH ASSEMBLY
REVISING SEWER UTILITY RATES.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 82 -3 -0 was adopted by the
Kodiak Island Borough Assembly on February 4, 1982, and
WHEREAS, Section 13.01.130 of Ordinance No. 82 -3 -0
provides for establishment of rates and service classes by
I Resolution of the Borough Assembly, and
WHEREAS, the City of Kodiak has passed Ordinance
Number 686 increasing the City's sewer service charge, effective
September 1, 1983;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Kodiak Island
Borough Assembly that the rate for sewer service shall be
increased to a flat monthly rate of Twenty -Seven Dollars and
Fifty Cents ($27.50), effective September 1, 1983.
