BOROUGH WHICH ESTABLISHES BRAID OF EYXAISZATICN DATES FOR THE 1983
SUPPLEMENML TAX ASSESSMENT VALUATION ROLL.
i@O:RE.S, Title 3, Chapter 20 of Kodiak Island Borough Cade
of Ordinances and Resolutions provides for the assessment, levy and
collection of taxes in the Kodiak Island Borough and for equalization
hearings after notice that the assessment roll has been completed, and
WHEREAS, the Borough Assessor has notified the Kodiak Island
Borough Assembly that he has completed the 1983 SUPPLEMENTAL tax roll
and has mailed assessment notices and has published notice that the
assessment roll has been completed and that such notice stated when and
where the equalization hearings will be heard
NOR THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of equalization
hearings on September 6, 1983, at 6:30 P.M. in the Kodiak Island
Borough Assembly chambers, with September 7, 1983, as an alternate date
in the event that more than one (1) day is needed to complete the
hearings of the Board of Equalization and that the Assessor has caused
notice that the assessment rolls have been completed and such notice
published in the Kodiak Daily Mirror, a newspaper of general circulation
published in the Kodiak Island Borough on August 2 and 10, 1983, stating
when and where the equalization hearings will be held.
