A RFSOLUTICN OF THE KCDIAK ISLAND BOROUGH ASSEMBLY APPROVING THE
BOROUGH ASSESSOR'S TABUTATICN OF TAXES ASSESSED ON PROPERTY BELONGING
TO PERSONS WHO QUALIFY FOR THE SPATE FARM USE EXEMPTION PROGRN4,
AS 29.53.035.
WHEREAS, The Kodiak Island Borough Assessor has completed a certified
Sumnaxy Tabulation of data required by the State of Alaska Department of
Community and Regional Affairs, Division of Loral Goverment Assistance,
of taxes assessed on property belonging to, and being used as Fawn Use, of
persons, who qualify for the State of Alaska Use Exemption Program
AS 29.53.035.
WHEREAS, The total Kodiak Island Borough taxes levied, are in the
amount of Three thousand six hundred ninety five and 49/100 dollars.
($3,695.49)
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Kodiak Island Borough Assembly
that it approved the Certified Summary Tabulation.
