A RESOLUTION OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH ASSEMBLY AUTHORIZING KODIAK

OFTHEMUNICIPAL . FOR
WHEREAS, the Borough and the City of Kodiak are interested in
exchanging certain lands in the vicinity of the municipal airport; and
WHEREAS, Section 18.80.030 of Borough Code provides for the
Assembly to authorize the Manager to enter into land exchange negotiations
prior to receiving the required planning commission resolution on the matter.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Borough Assembly that it
authorizes the Manager to enter into negotiations with the City of Kodiak
for the exchange of certain lands in the vicinity of the Municipal Airport.
