A RESOLUTION OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH ASSEMBLY AUTHORIZING
THE ASSIGNMENT OF THE KODIAK AUTO WRECKING AND SALVAGE LEASE TO EDWARD A. COE.
WHEREAS, Paul H. Stover has a ground lease with the Borough, dated
June 11, 1981, on fifteen (15) acres of land used as a dry dump site; and
WHEREAS, on May 26, 1983, Paul H. Stover did request, via letter,
permission to assign and otherwise transfer his interests in the dry dump site
lease to Edward A. Coe; and
WHEREAS, Section 18.40.110 of Borough Code and Section 14 of the
previously mentioned lease both provide for subleasing and assignment of
lease interests upon receipt of written permission from the Borough.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Borough Assembly agrees
to Paul H. Stover's request to sublease and assign his interests in the dry
dump site lease, located on a portion of U.S.S. 3467, to Edward A. Coe.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this resolution shall serve as the
required written permission from the Borough and that Edward A. Coe shall
be bound by all of the provisions of the lease with Paul H. Stover.
