RESOLUTION NO. 83 -36 -R
A RESOLUTION OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH ASSEMBLY AWARDING THE
BOROUGH BUILDING REMODEL CONSTRUCTION PROJECT.
WHEREAS, the Kodiak Island Borough has provided $60,000 of Borough
funds for the remodel of the Kodiak Island Borough Building, and
WHEREAS, bid documents were properly prepared and advertised
according to code, and
WHEREAS, the lowest responsible bidder has been determined.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Kodiak Island Borough Assembly
that the contract for the construction of the Borough Building Remodel (KIB
Project No. 155) be awarded to Northern Exploration and Equipment Co. of
Kodiak, Alaska for:

Alternate 1 $ 20,723

$ 91,002
TOTAL
PASSED AND APPROVED this 7th day of April , 1983 by the
Borough Assembly.
