A RESOLUTION OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH ASSEMBLY AWARDING THE HIGH
SCHOOL BOILER REPLACEMENT AND LOCKER ROOM REMODEL CONTRACT.
WHEREAS, funds have been provided for this project from the
following sources:
Direct State Funding $323,200
Federal Energy Grant 83,200
Kodiak Island Borough 286,330
$692,730
WHEREAS, bid documents were properly prepared and advertised
according to code, and
WHEREAS, the lowest responsible bidder has been determined.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Kodiak Island Borough Assembly
that the contract for the High School Boiler Replacement and Locker Room
Remodel (KIB Project 237) be awarded to J. H. Kelly, Inc. of
Longview, Washington for:

Alternate 1 $ 32,703
