A RESOLUTION OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH ASSEMBLY REQUESTING
ANNEXATION OF CERTAIN LOTS IN U.S. SURVEY 3098 TO THE CITY OF KODIAK.
WHEREAS, the Kodiak Island Borough Assembly and the City of Kodiak
Council met on January 20, 1983 and discussed the annexation of certain lots in
the vicinity of the Municipal Airport, to the City of Kodiak; and
WHEREAS, the lots in question were patented to the Borough on July
9, 1981 by patent number 5787; and
WHEREAS, it is to the advantage of both governments that annexation
of the lots be accomplished.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Kodiak Island Borough
Assembly that the Local Boundary Commission favorably consider the annexation
of the following lots to the City of Kodiak:
Lots 3A and 38, through 7A and 7B;
Lots 9A and 9B; and
Lots 11A and 11B;
All in United States Survey 3098.
