A RESOLUTION OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH ASSEMBLY TO EFFECT CERTAIN
BUDGET CHANGES IN THE SCHOOL CAPITAL PROJECTS FUND.
WHEREAS, the Assembly of the Kodiak Island Borough has appropriated
certain fixed sums of money to complete specific school capital projects, and
WHEREAS, the High School Auditorium Design project has been budgeted
for $326,000 and the State of Alaska, by Grant No. 1 -708, will contribute
$294,000, and
WHEREAS, this fund can contribute $17,000 to this project from
investment earnings, and
WHEREAS, the remaining $15,000 required balance is anticipated to
come from a General Fund Contribution.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that staff is hereby authorized and
directed to effect the following project level changes:

Kodiak School Auditorium -0- 17,000 17,000
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that staff is authorized and directed to
effect the necessary line item changes within the limits established above by
project to properly monitor, account and report on the expenditures of these
funds.
