A RESOLUTION OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH ASSEMBLY AUTHORIZING
RECEIPT AND ADMINISTRATION OF A BULK FUEL GRANT FROM THE ALASKA DEPARTMENT OF
COMMUNITY AND REGIONAL AFFAIRS ON BEHALF OF THE THE IRA COUNCIL OF KARLUK.
WHEREAS, the IRA Council of Karluk has requested and may receive
funding from the Department of Community and Regional Affairs for a Bulk Fuel
Storage Facility; and
WHEREAS, the IRA Council of Karluk has previously requested and
received assistance from the Borough for this project; and
WHEREAS, the Kodiak Island Borough has the organizational structure
and capability to administer the Karluk Bulk Fuel Storage Facility grant.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Kodiak Island Borough
Assembly authorizes the Manager to take receipt and administer the Bulk Fuel
Storage Facility Grant from the Alaska Department of Community and Regional
Affairs on behalf of the IRA Council of Karluk.
