A RESOLUTION OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH ASSEMBLY AUTHORIZING
RECEIPT AND ADMINISTRATION OF A S15,000 BULK FUEL FEASIBILITY /DESIGN
ENGINEERING STUDY FROM THE ALASKA DEPARTMENT OF COMMUNITY AND REGIONAL AFFAIRS
ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF AKHIOK.
WHEREAS, the City of Akhiok has requested and received funding from
the Department of Community nd Regional Affairs, Division of Local Government
Assistance for a bulk fuel feasibility /design engineering study; and
WHEREAS, the bulk fuel feasibility /design engineering study is
related to the new Akhiok dock facility; and
WHEREAS, the Kodiak Island Borough has handled the administration of
the dock facility; and
WHEREAS, the Kodiak Island Borough has the organizational structure i
to administer the Akhiok bulk fuel feasibility /design engineering study.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Kodiak Island Borough
Assembly authorizes the Manager to take receipt and administer the Bulk Fuel
Feasibility /Design Engineering Study ($15,000) from the Alaska Department of
Community and Regional Affairs on behalf of the City of Akhiok.
