A RESOLUTION OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH ASSEMBLY TO EFFECT CERTAIN ‘
(BUDGET CHANGES IN THE SCHOOL (STATE FUNDED) CAPITAL PROJECTS FUND•

of the Kodiak Island Borough has appropriated
� WHEREAS, the Assembly of Alaska to
\certain fixed sums of money and executed agreements with the State
!;complete specific school capital projects, and
iiI certain projects are nearing completion with same amounts of
I WHEREAS,

'','unexpended funds and certain other projects are in their initial stages without
or with insufficient funding, and

WHEREAS, grant #1 -433,
llamount of $400,000.00 with certain undesignated
staffsisehereby authorized and

this resolution are hereby explicitly rescinded.
