A RESOLUTION OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH ASSEMBLY AUTHORIZING THE
i.'PREPARATION OF CERTAIN PROPERTIES FOR DISPOSAL.
WHEREAS, Title 18 of Borough Code requires that the disposal
:,Borough land be reviewed by the Planning
and Zoning Commission; and
WHEREAS, the Commission conducted a public
17, 1982 meeting and adopted a resolution recommending
surplus Borough orough properties; and
WHEREAS, a need exists to place surplus publicly owned lands in
the private sector.
NOW, THERE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Kodiak Island Borough Assembly
ijLan that the administration is authorized to prepare the following parcels for
d Sale Number 7:

1. Lots 3A -7A, 9A and 11A, USS 3098;
2. Tract A, Kadiak Alaska Subdivision;
3. Lots 1 -14, Block 1, Russian Creek Alaska Subdivision;
4. Tract K, Russian Creek Alaska Subdivision.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the adminstration is authorized to
prepare the following areas for Land Sale Number 8:
