COMMUNITY AND REGIONAL AFFAIRS (STATE) FOR THE RURAL DEVELOPMENT ASSISTANCE '
II (RDA) GRANT PROGRAM AND ESTABLISHING A GRANT ADMINISTRATION COMMITTEE TO CARRY
I I OUT THE AGREEMENT.
1 I WHEREAS, the Assembly of the Kodiak Island Borough wishes to
II apply for and receive funds for an RDA Grant project described as fire fighting

g equipment; and

WHEREAS, the State will require the Assembly of the Kodiak Island
I Borough to enter into an agreement with the State of Alaska;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Assembly of the Kodiak
II Island Borough will enter into an agreement with the State of Alaska, if a
awarded; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the following members of the Advisory
Board of Fire Protection District #1 are hereby appointed as members of the
