RESOLUTION NO. 82- 55 -R
A RESOLUTION OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH ASSEMBLY
ESTABLISHING UTILITY RATES AND ADMINISTRATION AND INSPECTION FEES.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 82 -3 -0 was adopted by the Kodiak
Island Borough Assembly on February 4, 1982, and
WHEREAS, Section 13.01.04 of Ordinance No. 82 -3 -0
provides for administration and inspection fees to be established
by Resolution of the Borough Assembly, and
WHEREAS, Section 13 .01.130 of Ordinance No. 82 -3 -0
provides for establishment of rates and service classes by
Resolution of the Borough Assembly;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Kodiak Island
Borough Assembly that the fee for administration and inspection
is established as ten percent (10%) of the actual costs for
installation of service connections, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the rates and service
classes for water and sewer services are established as follows:
