A RESOLUTION OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH ASSEMBLY AUTHORIZING A
NEGOTIATED LEASE TO B.P.O.E. LODGE #1772.

WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission considered a request
for a land lease from B.P.O.E. Lodge 1772 at its July 21, 1982 meeting in
accordance with Section 18.20.030 of Borough Code; and
WHEREAS, the Commission found the property to be surplus to Borough
needs and appropriate for long term use as a youth activities and public day
use area.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Assembly that it authorizes
the administration to negotiate a twenty -five (25) year public interest lease
!with B.P.O.E. Lodge 1772 for an annual fee of $1.00 on Borough property des -
cribed as USS 3465, Tract A, Lot 1, containing 16.05 acres, more or less.
