RESOLUTION NO. 82 -48 -R
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOROUGH ASSEMBLY OF THE KODIAK ISLAND
BOROUGH WHICH SETS TAX DUE DATES AND DELINQUENT DATES FOR THE
SUPPLEMENTAL REAL AND PERSONAL PROPERTY TAXES DUE IN 1982.
WHEREAS, Chapter Three, Sub - Chapter One, Section 5 -N
of the Code of Ordinances and resolutions of the Kodiak Island
Borough provides that all duties imposed on the Assessor with
respect to the annual assessment roll and all provisions of this
sub - chapter relating to assessment roll, shall as far as applica-
ble, apply to supplementary rolls, and,
WHEREAS, the dates set forth in Chapter Three Sub - Chapter
One, Section 4 -A of the Code of Ordinances and Resolutions are not
applicable to the Supplemental Real and Personal Property Tax Roll.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the 1982 Supplemental Real
and Personal Property Tax Due and Delinquent Dates are hereby
established as follows:
First Half Installment Due
October 1, 1982
First Half Delinquent
October 15, 1982
Second Half Installment Due November 15, 1982
Second Half Delinquent December 1,
1982
