A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING AN ACTING MANAGER DURING THE DULY
DESIGNATED MANAGER'S ABSENCE OR DISABILITY.
WHEREAS, Alaska Statutes Title 29, Section 29.23.150 sets forth
ithe manner in which the Borough Assembly shall designate a person to act
as manager during the absence or disability of the appointed manager,
NOW, THEREFORE, the Kodiak Island Borough Assembly resolves to
,designate David L. Waldron, Facility Coordinator, as acting manager during the
absence or disability of the duly appointed manager.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS 1st DAY OF July 1982.
