1982-44 Requesting The Alaska Department Of Transportation And Public Facilities To Replace Construction-Destroyed Lot Corners On Rezanof Extension.A RESOLUTION OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH REQUESTING
THE ALASKA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION AND PUBLIC FACILITIES TO
REPLACE CONSTRUCTION- DESTROYED LOT CORNERS ON REZANOF EXTENSION.
WHEREAS, the Alaska Department of Transportation and
Public Facilities undertook Project S - RS- 0389(4) to construct
Rezanof Extension during the 1976 -77 construction season; and
WHEREAS, the Alaska Department of Transportation and
Public Facilities obtained right -of -way for this project which
resulted in platted properties being changed in size and
configuration; and
WHEREAS, new property corners delineating the right -of-
way boundary were not placed as required by AS 19.10.260;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Kodiak Island
Borough Assembly that Rowe D. Redick, Regional Engineer, Alaska
Department of Transportation and Public Facilities, be requested
to take the action necessary to monument the right -of -way of
Rezanof Extension Project S -RS- 0389(4).
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED
be sent to Senator Bob Mulcahy,
and Commissioner Robert W. Ward
Representative Fred F. Zharoff,
of the Alaska Department of
Transportation and Public Facilities.
