TEMPORARY USE OF UN-NAMED T BOROUGH ASTREET NRIGHHT- OF- WAYSFORLSTORAGERING THE
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission received request from
Royal Large to use an un -named Borough street right -of -way for he storage of
equipment; and
WHEREAS, the Commission conducted an advertise and noticed public
hearing on the request, found the property to be surplus o the Borough's needs
until a bridge is constructed across Sargent Creek, a . recommended approval
of a temporary use permit, with three conditions; an
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Borough Assembly authorizes
the temporary use of the un -named street right -o' -way between Tract D of Tract
A and Lot 4, Block 2, Tract A, Bells Flats Ala•ka Subdivision, by Royal Large,
with the following conditions:
1. The use of the right- of -
equipment only; a; is for the temporary storage of
2. The temporary use may b cancelled by the Borough with thirty
(30) days notice in writing; and
3. The term of this temp orary use if for one year. An extension
may be granted upon reconsideratio of the facts in May 1983.
