A RESOLUTION OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH ASSEMBLY AWARDING THE
KARLUK SCHOOL CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT.
WHEREAS, monies have been appropriated by the Kodiak Island Borough
Assembly to construct the Karluk School, and
WHEREAS, the bid documents were properly prepared and advertised
according to Code, and
WHEREAS, the lowest responsible bidder has been determined.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Kodiak Island Borough Assembly
that the contract for the construction of Karluk School (KIB Project No. 207)
